flintstone.design is a creative concept that has developed from my passion for playing with clay. My ceramic practice is very varied from hand formed – pinched or rolled clay lovingly made into quirky pots with legs, platters, lamp bases, vases, salad servers, bowls, dinner plates, wall and hanging plant holders and more.

Flintstone Ceramic Designs has now been joined by other artists of other mediums from Digital Design to Painting and beyond.

It is an exhausting process creating unique ceramics. I think a lot of people look at it as a craft rather than art. The process for me is not just in the making but in the thought process of colour, texture and how it will look and appeal to people on completion. We never totally know what to expect its exciting waiting for the results. This is my studio, it is small but it feels cosy and welcoming. A few of my friends join me at times and we drink tea or wine and solve many problems. It is a peaceful creative space.
