This is from a series I did on a medicine woman. To respect her identity, it is of my vision and dreaming, not a “realistic” portrait. It is not a literal portrait. It is meant to represent my feeling and interpretation of her energy. What is interesting is that in this painting, people say it looks like a man, and I am reminded of my late grandfather.
